Mr. DIPO OKANLAWON TAIWO

Mr. Dipo Okanlawon Taiwo is the founder and Chief Executive Officer. He is an expert in management, finance and accounting with years of extensive experience spanning over 25 years Mr. Taiwo has founded few companies both in Nigeria and United States of America. He is the founder of companies like Renewed Life Limited, Dipson Accounting Services Inc. FideMedic Health LTD etc. Mr. Taiwo has served on the board of directors of some companies both in Nigeria and in United States of America.

Mr. Taiwo has worked with few companies which are publicly traded companies with billion dollars worth, companies like Abbott Diabetics Care, Vidamed Inc. etc, and several consulting work with some Non-Profit companies like California Nurses Association, American Red Cross etc. As part of his expertise in management, finance and accounting, he is responsible in managing the goals of company profitability by putting the overall company’s budget together, and making sure company meets and exceeds the forecasted company’s profit.

He is responsible for managing the finance and accounting. Mr. Taiwo has developed strategies in helping small companies to grow their companies and to meet their profitability by helping them to reposition the company operation.


Mr. Taiwo is very passionate in helping companies to grow, he has develops so many mechanism to help companies to achieve their goals. He has been instrumental in forming so many companies in United States by providing expertise necessary in making sure the companies are properly formed, stayed within the federal, state and local laws and regulations, before starting the operation.
Mr. Taiwo holds a Bachelor’s Degree, Major in Accounting from California State University, East Bay. He has also taken several professional classes. Mr. Taiwo derives passion in helping others. He is married with three children.

ELIZABETH DANIEL

Mrs. Elizabeth Daniel is a veteran sales and marketing expert. She has over 15 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing. She has worked with various companies in Nigeria, and she has headed various senior management positions throughout her career as a sales and marketing director.

Mrs. Elizabeth Daniel has worked with company like Merritt Growth LTD, Quantified International LTD. She was responsible for managing and motivating sales personnel and increasing company profit, she single handedly repositioned the company operations of sales and marketing department.

She is responsible for hiring and developing sales agent regionally, monitoring of sales agents and providing vigorous training necessary for the advancement of the agents. She is responsible for sales of more than a billion Naira accumulated in sales. She regularly assessed sales performance, reduced budget cost, designed sales and marketing strategies and oversees the accounts of most important clients.

Mrs. Daniel is equipped with supervisory and managerial skills, and good business judgment. She has Accountancy Degree from Lagos State University. She is married with two children, and she enjoys spending time with her family.
